About Neighborhood Flip
“Neighborhood Flip” follows the personal and professional life of its host Christopher O’Neal – a husband and father who chose to turn his troubled past around to become a successful Real Estate Agent, Author, and Investor. Chris uses his expertise in real estate investing to go into some of the toughest Neighborhoods in need of help in the United States to rehab homes and change lives. Chris achieves this mission by rallying young people in the neighborhoods to help with rehabbing the homes, soliciting local businesses to invest in the communities, and putting families and individuals in need of better housing into much nicer homes.
Chris teams up with several local sponsors in the communities in order to complete each home renovation. From local small businesses to churches, restaurants to supply companies such as Lowes and Home Depot, Chris aims to bring the community together to help people in need.
Chris works with a skilled but hilarious cast of characters in the form of Ben “The Handy Man” and Mike and VJ of Hitt Services, who work hard to show what it takes to bring these projects to life and teaches the TV viewing audience valuable lessons from the various challenges the cast encounters and overcomes along the way.
Neighborhood Flip involves real life events ranging from Chris’ wife being pregnant with their second child, to the cast worrying about their safety at the construction site and meeting unique people from the communities, to making the dreams of families to live under better conditions come true. On this journey, Neighborhood Flip will make you laugh, make you cry, help you learn, and undoubtedly challenge the audience’s perceptions about the people in the ghetto using the creative transformation of real estate.
